I'm a bit confused with the "banned user" thing... [CLOSED]

Some users have been banned but I see them posting as well. What happens when you get banned, and how can you get banned (not that I want to!)

Banned means that the account cannot be used anymore, ever. Those posts you see are things they posted before they were banned. To get banned you have to seriously break the forum rules and/or break them many, many times.

Also you can be suspended which is like being banned but it only lasts a few weeks.
