Moneybag's voice: GTG. (I like the fact that he sounds more posher and up himself than in YOTD, he sounds a bit different in that one and onwards)

Spyro's design: Cross between GTG & AHT.
Hunter's design: AHT all the way.
Elora's design: Both GTG and YOTD look exactly the same, and those are the only two games I've seen her in, I'm surprised I didn't see at least a cameo appearance of her in DOTD, since a level is supposed to be set in Avalar, and it did have Hunter in it for a period of time.)
Moneybag's design: AHT, I must admit, he looks colourful and at least a lot more intelligent than in previous designs, his previous designs made him look posh but he also looked like he was dumb, with his huge over-sized stomach and big head, his body proportions look just right in AHT in my opinion.

Well I'll tell my preferences for Spyro but I don't know voices for the others.

Tom Kenny is a man of many vocal talents. I'll always love his Spyro voice. Also, I don't know who voiced Ripto in Gateway to Glimmer, but he was awesome and I think his performance was a real inspiration for Insomniac creating Dr. Nefarious the way they did. <.<;

Only tom kenny ever did a good voice for spyro. The other voices are horrible.

I guess Jess Harnell and Josh Keaton are my favorites for Spyro. Sometimes it sounded like Tom Kenny wasn't giving emotion to his voice IMO. I don't remember the name of Spyro's VA in Spyro 1 but, he did a good job as a young Spyro.

The Spyro in AHT sounds scarily like GtG and YOTD Spyro

Well it was a different person. Personally, I thought Spyro in AHT was much cockier than usual. His banter with Red, particularly. <.<
