The last Skylander I need, and yet I can not find him anywhere at all in the Hertfordshire/Bedfordshire region, in the UK.

I ring round the TRU stores in both areas, and I get 'No Wham Shells in stock'. I did ring the Stevenage TRU Store one week, and was told that if I had ring the day before, I would've have been able to get Wham Shell, but since then, nothing.

I went into Game on Saturday to get Lego Batman 2, and asked the question to the guy serving me, and he said they've had him in, but he sells out, and if I was to follow Game on twitter, they twit about what stock of Skylanders they get in, but, I am not on Twitter.

So if there is anyone around the Hertfordshire/Bedfordshire regions that also collect Skylanders, would you be kind enough to pick me up one, as I keep missing out on him, when he is in stock.

LEGO Batman 2 = best LEGO game of them all. I hope all other LEGO games adopt that open world feel.

For Whammy, check online every day. Generally, try Tesco, Sainsbury's, Amazon and Play.com. They normally get the most lander stock. Also, just checked and you could pre-order off ShopTo.net. I've found them as very reliable when it comes to Skylanders. In terms of on the street, try phoning your local Smyths to see when their next delivery is. They seem to always get a lot of Skylanders stock, but keep checking your normal places as well. GL on finding Whammy though.

TRU have got plenty of Wham Shell's.

I'm in Lincolnshire so it's not really much help to you but the toy shop next door to my work keeps getting Wham in, 4-6 at a time and it's only a tiny independent shop. If there are any little non-chain toy shops near you it's worth a try checking them because most people won't think of going there over TRU, Argos, Game etc.

I'm been seeing tons of Wham-Shells in my stores lately. I saw one scalper returning three to my EB Games the other day (I live in Canada). So if you live close to the border or something, consider looking there.

I got lucky and waited Amazon out. They listed one at 4 a.m. for $8.99. Within minutes I bought it. It came out to like $13.97 with shipping. Then again I'm on Amazon and Craigslist every other minute because of skylanders. So if youre patient and keep an eye out ones bound to turn up

Amazon & GameStop generally have him in stock if you wait it out ^‿^

I'm sorry if this comes across as rude but I'm pretty fed up of Americans suggesting American shops/sites in threads clearly made by people from other countries, the OP said in his first sentence that he was in the UK and whilst Amazon is a valid place to look (there is a UK version) GameStop is not. I'm fairly certain they don't ship here.

Well, it anyone sees any wham shells where ever you maybe in the UK, could you pick one up for me, I continually ring my TRU store, and nothing, and same as Game. I will obviously pay for wham along with shipping, but it's annoying me that I'm missing out on completing the collection as my shops sell out fast.

As for independent toy shops, there ain't any here, used to be a few, but not no more, and as for smyths, my local was Milton Keynes, but that's shut down apparantly.

A GameStop employee told me yesterday that a sister store a couple towns away received three boxes of Wham-Shells late last week but blew right through them. Darn.

EDIT: My fiance found one for me this morning! The GameStop near me got 12 in this morning. Just 4 were left when she found ours.
