If you're able to connect the portal to the computer, you can actually register the figure that way. In the least, you'd also be able to get the code, which you could then use on Cloud Patrol.

The software it uses needs to be downloaded, and my father won't let me.

If you put Camo on the portal of power and you press the select button (at least that's what you press on the Playstation 3 version) you will see a close up of Camo.Scroll to the side twice and you will see the option 'web code' click on it and it will tell you the code
