okay, so i went to walmart today, and i found like 18 red translucent drill sergeants! i didn't buy any, but their were alot. i have no clue why you guys think he's really rare.

Yeah, he's not "rare" for the most part - but consider, most stores seem to be getting 18 or so. Some up to 30. They're six per case, so let's split the difference and say 24 per Walmart store. I've been into individual Walmarts that have more than 24 Boomers, Wrecking Balls or Hexes. And those are carried at every single store.

Not "rare", but "uncommon".
