Just a quick link,also they are going to make the cards useful.

A few sites commenting on skylanders giantts from e3 keep stating that only 24 characters are remodelled, with another 4 being remodelled light core. I thought it was confirmed by Toys For Bob that all characters will be remodelled?

Unless of course they meant that every character will have a remodel for giants. That would work with 24 being normal remodels, 4 being light force remodels and 4 legendary remodels of normal skylanders in the previous game. (New legendaries of Ignitor and Slam Bam have been confirmed by the Skylanders Giants new trailer)

Thoughts?

Part of the issue is their have been multiple articles and misinterpretations of what is in the game. The original word fro TFB was 24 remodels and 4 lightcores, but an early article changed it to all previously released. A similar thing happened to the concept of booster packs early articles stated they would include the repose and new figure in the starter pack. People still qoute this even though Nintendo Power states that boosters only have the giant figure. There has been a lot of unconfirmed information disguised as verified information.

Yeah, the big thing has been misinterpretation.

Notably, there WAS a Terrafin remodel, as well as Pirate Seas ship in the video which leads me to believe that the previous idea I had that just the Expansion Pack guys wouldn't get remodels seems to not have come true.

Although, it still poses a bigger question- Who gets the short end of the stick? We can't say the ones who got Legendary variants will be cut, because Trigger Happy and Chop Chop were shown with remodels in the video.

I expect this:

24 remodels + 4 lightcore = 28 out of the 32 already established skylanders

We already think we have seen an indication of 2 legendaries hidden in the recent comercial. We add another 2 legendaries to that list and we have all 32 skylanders reproduced in giants in some form.

Which is ironically what the second poster mentioned but I do not think we are supposed to know about the legendaries yet supposed to be believe only 28 of our old favorites are returning.

Wrong 8 lightcores.

Yes, there will be 8 lightcores but only 4 will be previous skylanders so only 4 would coult to the tally of skylanders being rereleased

I don't think they are gonna make the cards useful because they said Quote:

It just means that they have a card game in the game like the pirate seas did with the pirate deck-poop deck, I think the adventure packs would have remodels skylanders in them since they may have a use in the giants game as well.
