I have been looking for a digital art program I can use to make a Spyro comic. I have been told there is an art program where you can take the shapes of characters in pictures (Example: Spyro and Cynder) or objects (Example: a vehicle like an airplane or a car) and, colorize them, improve their visual quality and all and go nuts. And it must be easy to use. I am a pretty fast learner with tech, but I fear these programs people use to make fan-made pornography and the like are hard to use and taek years of practice. It does not need to be a video program, just a digital art program

I am willing to download the program in question. Can anybody tell me what it is and if it is easy to use and can do all the things I want it to do: Be able to take something from a still picture(Example: JPEG image) like a zeppelin from say...a WW2 picture on the web and then make it do watever i please usuing only my touchpad(Don't have a mouse) and my keyboard. Maybe even colorize sepiapictures from the WW2. Because i want to make a comic that involves everything from my fanfic story Queen of Blood and there is a race of humanoid trolls with battle zeppelins. I wanna take what others have done and hwta i know and creat seomthing new. I want to download the program in question because I have the drawing skills(With pen and paper and such) of a 3-year-old

It must also be a small download of 20MB or less and be compatible with Windows Vista home basic.

photoshop. the tool does not make the artist, though. if you want to make a comic, just start drawing it.
