Already got him! I ordered drillz off of gamestop and inside is the walmart figure in mass retail packaging! Weird

No, I believe they're just using the old stock images for it. It's just a regular Drill Sarge.

After all, it's no longer an exclusive, so they couldn't market/sell it as such.
