No, If you look at your skylander info it shows you the web code in use and will inform you that it is registered smilie

I think it's a bit of a shame that there's no "friend referral" system for that game, so a friend can use one of your Skylanders to play. It's not all that bad a game, so I recommend any freemium player go on it.
