HIR and Volteer are not staying on topic, I've seen them do this in two topics and it's really annoying me, and I hope it annoys you the same because I just can't take this anymore. That's why I made this topic, I tried making them stop but it didn't work, so can you make them stop?

Please use the Report function to report posts that you believe are breaking the rules, thank you. But remember that sticking exactly to a topic's purpose can be far too restrictive to get any dialogue going and there needs to be some room for expanded discussion on the subject, as long as it isn't completely different from the topic's subject of course.
