I think it would be cool if u darkspyro would post any new user who just joined, this way we could welcome them in their guest book or with pm immediately.

I thnk that it would be helpful towards new users, we could give them info on how to use this site so dark52 doesn't have to answer their help questions and they won't have the same high probability of becoming a Ripto or Gnasty Gnorc.

What do you think?

Yeah, something at the bottom near the member status saying "Newest Member: <name>" would be nice.

It was a conscious decision of mine not to have such a statistic as I've never felt it to be a useful function on any forum. If you wish to see who is the newest member just click on the member list and navigate to the end of it.

And there is a page full of basic questions that are answered and one on how to avoid being banned; the Help Files and the Forum Rules respectively. There's even a link to them on the page after you register an account.
