"Hero Rated" Games (Spyro & Crash) [CLOSED]

I was at EB Games today and I looked at Crash - The Wrath of Cortex, and I saw that new little logo that they put on the back saying "Hero". It was not a sticker, but printed onto the cover....BUT the pic of Spyro was this one here: //www.darkspyro.net/dawn/gallery/images/gallery036.jpg
This is Spyro from DotD.
I wonder why they put that pic on there instead of one from, say, TEN?

EDIT: Seems like it is only done is AUS... o.0 Its a promotion, but still, why use a DotD and the new crash pic?

Looks like it's part of a competition to win a bike, skateboard or scooter. As to why use Dawn of the Dragon images? I'd guess because the competition ends in November and they didn't want it looking outdated by then.
