Really, any sort of paint you can find should work. I picked up some red and gold paint from Walmart for a few bucks. The most expensive one I got was $2.17 for the Glow in the Dark paint...which didn't work completely as planned, but still came out alright.

The best i've used is called Testor . It is model paint . It can be purchased from craft stores like AC Moore and Michaels ( and lots of other places) for about $1.50
