Someone in youtube put the "review" or "sneak peek" where they actually use the sidekicks

They look great!

I just wish someone would show us what they actually do (if anything) in a level.

They probably don't do anything but hop around you.

Looks like when Spyro's attacks hit Whisper Elf and Trigger Snappy, they do something: Whisper looks like she flips, and Snappy has like a stream behind him (kind of like the run on the 3DS version)

Hacking obviously. **This sort of thing is constantly done with Pokemon games to find hidden pieces of data (hidden Pokemon, event moves, incomplete maps, etc). **

The first time the now named sidekicks showed up, someone had found a site with the hex data codes for a cheating device that had all four sidekicks and information for blue, red and green coloured Bash. **The codes and data used to live here, but have since been removed. ** This is all I could find:

I have been searching for the list of codes, not to hack the game, just to see what has actually been buried within the game.

I have used three, bar Whisper Elf, for about 3 mins each. They did not add anything as far as I could see to game play, just bumbled around the main character. Though it could have been a stat boost of something not readily visible. I am more excited about the new figures, though not if they are a pain in the rear to find

Having seen the picture mock up of these figures, I am wondering if these are going to be as small as the Stylus toppers (Spyro, Gill Grunt, Chop chop) as they are classed as "Items".
