I called and spoke to a Rep on Monday about the 2 missing sidekicks and she said all 4 had been mailed on 08/16, When I asked if she could tell me which ones we were getting she said it looked like one of each.

my Trigger Snappy still never came in. my other 3 came all in the same day. i think he got lost in the mail. bummer cause i wanted him the most.

I was in the same situation as you: I had received the first 3, but not Triggersnappy. Well, yesterday he showed up. About a week later than the others, but still fine. So be patient I guess.

For whatever reason, your other magic items disappear even though they're still registered on your lair.

Nope, nothing at all. In fact even less than on the regular console games because they only summon on the main area. If you go to the level, they don't come with you...

I got my Trigger Snappy today as well exactly a week after the other three. It sounds like they may have held Trigger Snappies for a while I prefer this to aving been sent a duplicate.

I got 3 today, all except for Trigger Snappy.

Maybe there was an unexpected shortage of him and they're delaying him a bit? I wouldn't imagine him being unanimously more popular than the others for there to be a shortage this soon.

Picture a regular bubble-mailer envelope. Paper with bubble-wrap on the inside.
Now imagine a padded envelope with two layers of paper, with padding in between made out of dust bunnies.
You pretty much have to tear through that paper to open the envelope, nobody is safe.

It's basically a grey paper pulp made from recycled paper and what not.

It's similar to the stuff you pull out of the lint container on your dryer.

Last Sidekick (Trigger Snappy) arrived today. North Carolina for those tracking locations. (3 arrived last Thursday)

Now to get back on the phone and follow up on missing Flocked Stump Smashes...

Still waiting of Gill Runt here. The first envolope was opened and the card and UPC got lost, but Frito-Lay sent us a coupon for free chips. The second one is on it's way or should be there by now. Hopefully Gill Runt will come on Monday or Tuesday.

Got my Trigger Snappy yesterday, now the only one missing is Gil Runt. Expecting him maybe today or nest week. Will be glad to get all 4 in so I know I have a complete set. I'm in South Florida by the way. Hope everyone gets one of each for their collections. Happy Gaming

Just got off the phone with Frito Lay customer service's resident "I don't give a crap about my job or your issues" liason.
She didn't give a crap about my issue or her job.
Told me someone was supposed to be looking into my missing Flocked Stump Smash figures.
Derp. Got that info when I called on August 14th.
So now I wait. Again.
Told to give them until next week.
Whatever. I just want to get at least one of them before my daughter's birthday at the end of September.

Got my Gill Runt today. Awesome. I now have all 4. Still waiting on several of the regular ones from the last promotion though. I received 4 including one flocked Stump Smash, but won at least 10 or 12. Still waiting on the other 8. May Call next week to see what's up with the delay.

After receiving Whisper Elf I could see why people have had theirs damaged in the mail. They made her so thin & flimsy. Regardless, I'm happy to have the full set.

All four sidekicks received!

I pried the envelopes open at the seams when my super dull scissors were defeated so I didn't get a gray, pulpy mess. I think it was responsible of them to use recycled packaging. :3
