hunter was in the end of TEN but he was never metioned in ANB or TEN so y would he be DOTD like the whole legend era has nothing to do with the past games...

by my theory: TLOS is set before STD, smilie only forgot all from TLOS, but smilie not... In GTG/RR and later he is wierd becouse he must wait for teling all from TLOS to smilie (but it speed ill for him....)

hunter was metioned in TEN only once and i dont mean in the end of TEN if you listened to whate the letter sayes on the ship level.

Your right Hunter was mentioned in The Enternal Night when Spyro was in Pirate Fleet he read a letter that was from Hunter that mentioned that he was an ally.

i no about that... he was mentioned when the letter was sent to Spyro, but how would Spyro and Sparx know Hunter from before they got the letter

They don't. He's a stranger to them, but he has probably heard the prophecy concerning Spyro.
