Yeah, it used to be on the Friend tab, but..they just removed it all of the sudden for no reason.

Kinda dumb, especially if you have friends in real life or something you want to have. It's almost as bad as Pokemon's Dream World thing. (We can't add our friends, even the ones WE'VE REGISTERED THEIR FRIEND CODE IN THE GAME!? WTF)
