You copy the link of a picture in to the [.img]....[/img] bar, like: [img]www.testimage.com/209me2qa[./img]

[img] [/.img] (without period)

Put the image on an image host (imageshack for example) and put the link for it between those brackets.

K, you find a picture, then you right click on the picture (if you're using firefox, anything else I have no clue) and click "copy image location". Then, click the little picture box in the post box, and paste the address you coppied into there,

like this: [img]Put the crap in here[/img]

And tada!
