From eBay? If he hasn't shipped it within 3 days of receiving payment, you're able to report him to eBay for fraud. If you paid by PayPal, you're able to get your money refunded as well.

Before doing that, contact him to see if he at least shipped it, or maybe provided a tracking number. What these people like to do is charge ridiculous prices for shipping, then ship it Economy class with no tracking number...

he sent me a message friday saying he didnt have time to send it and that he would send it monday. But it isnt marked as sent yet and i assume the post office is closed by now.
I heard that metallic cynder's paint comes off easily. i hope thats not true

For heaven's sake, just don't be too lazy to open the thing with a hairdryer first, so you don't destroy the packaging. That way, if you ever do decide to re-seal it for posterity at any time down the line, the thing won't be ruined.
