Cyclops Slime a new Skylander [CLOSED]

No, Cyclops Slime isn't going to be a new Skylander, since he was Zap's original incarnation before being discarded.

i listened and said "no because there is zap". if you think a little, you will understand that the cyclope wouldn't appear due to the fact there already is a slime skylanders

Exactly because you are saying Zap is a skylander (which he is) But cyclops slime is not Zap Cyclops slime was trashed and replaced with Zap!

It's apparent that Cyclops Slime won't be a new Skylander, as he was replaced by Zap during early character development of the first Skylanders game.

Just because he was the original slime Skylander and a different character before Zap, it doesn't mean that Cyclops will automatically be a Skylander in the next game. It's not how character development works, and some fans here don't know how character development works in the game industry.


  • Like how Vathek was originally going to be a Undead Dragon Skylander, but that role was already filled by Cynder, and thus, they made the decision of making Vathek a villain.
  • And Arbo was originally planned to be a Skylander, but he was turned into a NPC character instead.
  • Wrecking Ball was originally planned to be an Air Skylander, but he was turned into a Magic Skylander instead.

They made the knight on the top left an enemy in the 3DS version of Skylanders.

Yeah... I never knew of this Cyclops slime, but I doubt he's going to be a character. He'd be too similar to Zap.

...scrapped ideas sometimes do return from the dead...

Whether they come back as the same exact thing, or a slightly modified version is anyone guess, but just because something is scrapped doesn't mean it's gone forever.

Oswald the Lucky Rabbit was the predecessor to Mickey Mouse, and Oswald was eventually shelved as Mickey took the reigns of Disney, and now Oswald is back (for revenge!) in Disneys Epic Mickey.

Just googled this! Had no idea! Thanks for the info! I really thought the first Epic Mickey bombed because it's only 20 bucks in stores now...
