my skylanders on console dont have the same level as online how do i get them to be equal i use the portal it still doesn't work

did you remember to update the character when it was on the portal while in your universe lair ?

The levels on the console and the level on universe is different. Your skylanders can get up to 50 in universe. (Their "hero level") and 10 max on the games.

In order to update them, you have to connect the portal with your computer and then use a character. It should update them automatically.
