yeah, it's easy. Don't buy them unless you see them in a store. And if you really want one and get it on Craigslist, have them verify the level it is. The only thing special about them is they are gold. So who cares unless you're a collector? If you get one in store, great...otherwise...they aren't worth the money people ask for em...trust me.

It's hard, but it seems to be near impossible to mimic the exact silver and gold paint used. Just take a look at someone's personal pictures and compare them to ones that the seller has taken.
Never hurts to ask where they obtained it from, or asking for other pictures of it.
