Dragons peak 3/25 problem [CLOSED]

Ok so after Goin To Tru this morning and finding nothing new including no dragons peaks... An complaining to manager about how Tru always hyped events and never delivers.. He tells me that they have 8-12 dragons peaks for sale on Sunday and they can't be sold before then...

So my question and problem is how does Tru advertise stuff like buy a starter pack and 2 get free adventure packs or 3 packs and the signs say dragons peak( many of you posted the signs) and not be able to sell them even though their own signage says it is included.. That sale was 2weeks ago

On another note... Tru completely dropped the ball and this event was crap

The sign says dragon's peak because it's an adventure pack and coming out soon...it's not really too long of a wait anymore.

TRU doesn't typically know what skylanders they're actually getting in, or they can order more skylanders but they don't get to actually choose certain characters. blame the advertising, not the employees at the store.

What I'm asking is why even list it on a sign if you can't purchase it during that sale? That's poor planning on a corporate level

Aww, that's too bad. My Toys "R" Us made a mistake and put it out today. They allowed everyone who had one in their hand to purchase it, and removed as many as possible once they realized it was coded as a "do not sell" item at the register. I got mine, love it.

my toys r us sold them but in their computers they kept ringing up $3.50. So the managers said to just manually type them in at 37.99

No i didnt miss the 2 key lol. Thats what they were charging.
Yes, Landerfan i have one. blasted thing is glitched too. go figure

EDIT: BAH just realized that ur right lol 27.99. it was almost 30 bucks.
DOUBLE EDIT: OMG im out of it :/ I just checked my receipt... um so yeah it was originally 24.99 but with tax it came out to 27.18.... i feel dumb.

One of the TRU near me has Dragon's Peak, but they won't sell it until the 25th.
