Gamestop.com has the following 3 packs for $19.99. I didn't try to buy any but previously they were only allowing 2 of each type to be purchased per account since December 2011. So if you purchased a Stealth Elf 3 pack in January, and one in February, the system won't let you buy another.

Wrecking Ball, Stealth Elf & Sonic Boom
Drobot, Flameslinger & Stump Smash
Whirl Wind, Double Trouble & Drill Sergeant

Amazon has about 6-7 singles going for 7.99 including Cynder as of this morning as well.
