Active VS Passive Camera Modes [CLOSED]

I don't know if this is in the newer games, but in the older games, which camera mode did you use? Passive or Active? And why did you chose it.

Active, because generally like the camera to follow a character from behind.

I use active. Passive is often in the wrong place so you can't see what your doing.

As a child I always used to switch the camera to Active mode, I liked how the camera quickly stays behind Spyro, but now I don't like it, it hurts me eyes when the camera turns fast and I get a bit disorientated, so now I prefer controlling the camera myself in Passive mode, it moves slower and therefore is easier on my eyes. I don't find it hard at all to control the camera and move around at the same time in-game. So if you asked me ten years ago I would have said Active, but now I'd say Passive.

Active, I don't like it where the camera moves itself and decides to pull way back from the character so that he's a little thing in a big huge area. You can also get your own dynamic shots with a player controlled camera. A player controlled camera would be the same as an active camera, right? smilie Eh, let's just say I like player controlled cameras.
