I had the 3 starter pack in an account after 2 weeks the game was released. I couldn't find any skylanders so I waited for Xmas. I got 4 Individuals (smiliesmiliesmiliesmilie) and Pirate Seas Adventure Pack. I tried to get to my account but it always freezed so I made another account. How do I unregister my skylanders from the starter pack from my old account to my new account or something? I already contacted Activision and they didn't know what to do. Can I reset them in the game and be like not registered? IDK if it will work so I will ask first.

In order to use them on any other account you have to first go onto the account they are registered on and unregister them before you can re-register them on a new account... so if you don't have access to the old account anymore I think there's nothing you can do...

The website version uses an enormous amount of resources. When the browser freezes, if you Ctrl Alt Del, you'll see plugincontainer using up all of your system resources. I'm not sure if it's bad coding on Activision's end by not properly freeing up system resources when they're no longer needed, or the fact that there's ONE area where everybody bottlenecks to, but the game will freeze regardless when everybody starts playing.

First thing I would say is to try a different browser. I've noticed the website loads better in Chrome than it does in Firefox. I haven't tried Internet Explorer yet, though I personally wouldn't bother. The second thing I would say to try would be to login from another machine, preferably one with higher end components. You might also consider playing during the middle of the day, like around noon, when there should theoretically be fewer people playing the website version of the game.
