Can someone explain how the discounts work? It says that the more skylanders you have the bigger the discount, but I recently went from 26 skylanders to 27 and the price of everything stayed the same, e.g. the theme stayed 1600. Is there a reason behind this, or is it with every two skylanders or something?

It's the amount of Skylanders registered not just unlocked, rentals don't contribute to the discount.

Also I think that the discount only goes so far so I imagine there is a point at which it stops getting cheaper. 1st time rental of a Skylander costs 10k, minus 1k for every registered Skylander, I only have 7 registered so I have a 7k discount meaning it costs 3k but I imagine if I had 10 registered it wouldn't be free... though I am just guessing on this count. There is probably a minimum amount to pay on each thing you can buy.

I have 10 skylanders, and renting costs 2,000.

My rent cost is also 2000, and I have...*counts*...20 Skylanders.

I think the max reduction, therefore, is 1/5 of the full price for any given item.

But then why are our things the same? You should be paying a lot less than me. I guess that the discount only goes up to 7 or 10 skylanders.
