I have so many ideas for really cool plot twists. For example, wot if the DM is spyro's father? Or if Ignitus is Spyro's father, or Malefor's father!!! I bet Ignitus at least had something tho do with Malefor's rise to power, maybe he trained him or they were friends...

Dragons in theory, are very long lived, and the times at which they lay eggs are very far apart. Their eggs also take years to hatch so I suppose it could be possible that the DM and spyro are distant brothers, Ignitus being the father!!! Just a theory...

Anybody else have and plot ideas?

The plot will be as straight forward and predictable as the other two games have been. That's my prediction. >___________>

Straight and predictable? ANB's plot wasn't predictable...I didn't expect Cynder to be...little. And TEN...the only reason it was predictable was because I accidently read a spoiler before I got the game.
Plot twists...I don't really have much in mind...

Likewise, I wasn't expecting The Eternal Night to have a bittersweet finale either. But there was word spreading that the script for this title would be more mature than the previous few, so we could very well expect some form of surprise down the line.

I sure hope Spyro and Cynder will get in love with each other. They are made for each other and looks so cute together!

I'd like some sort of conflict between Spyro and Cynder. Perhaps regarding the Dark Master and Cynder's dark powers. A battle against the dragon you're not playing as would also work (it worked pretty dang well in Rockman X5 and in Devil May Cry 3). >.>

Same. There might be some normal plot twists that I can never confidently predict, but it may be.

Regarding plot twists, I would love to see some friend vs friend combat. I would also enjoy the introduction of a few more familiar, not necessarily friendly, faces from the original series, preferably Elora and Ember. Not so much for the familiar faces as for the potential plot twists they represent depending on the circumstances.

Here's a HUGE twist; one of the guardians betrays everyone!
Probly won't happed, but it would be sweet! Question: Let's say Spyro and Cynder wake up in Avalar. If they are so far from the Temple/Home, who will teach them their abilities? It would be wicked if, like in TEN, Spyro and Cynder heard voices in their heads telling them how to use their powers. And it turns out that the voice they've been hearing is...MALEFOR!!!!
Another HUGE twist: Malefor was never evil, he simply lost control of his power, and then, his mind clouded with guilt for all the damage he caused and greif over being exiled, he went insane and recruited an army of Apes. The apes were infected/corrupted by Malefor's power also and together they continued to destroy the Dragon Kingdoms.
Probly wont happen either, but hey, I guess it's possible!

In end of DOTD:

Spyro use power of Cynder, Hunter, Spyrx (and I hope he use power of some next old characters (Moneybags, Ember, Flame, Elora, Bianca, Ripto, ETC.) and defeats Malefor. Now, Malefor is cute, young dragon (younger than Spyro in, Emm... , STD?)
