Do you think that the Legend Of Spyro Dawn Of The Dragon will be your favorite Spyro game so far? I still think that the first Spyro game will always be my favorite.

Nothing will ever beat YotD... well, it could be possible, but there would have to be a LOT more everything: difficulty, levels, etc...

Perhaps. I mean, I like the graphics so far. But I don't know if it will beat Spyro the Dragon as my favorite game. Well, we'll see in autumn

Sorry but I had to say it. Although I will admit that DotD does have chances of screwing up (short game, lame story, non-existent difficulty, tack-on/badly done co-op or unability to go solo, dumb AI, infinite flight exploits, the likes), one should look at the game first THEN judge.

And most of all, you should NOT say in advance that it will be worse or better. Else, you're letting the hype/nostalgia control you.

Hype is what cause mediocre games to thrive. Nostalgia is what prevent game series from evolving.

So wait for the game, play it, enjoy it (or not), THEN say what you think of it.

Might be...TEN holds the cards for that at the moment...

i like ALL the spyro games. i LOVED playing the very very first ps1 game. the flying levels were my FAVORUTE levels.

Some of there past games got not bad reviews, theres still hope! >.>
Anyways in my opinion nothing can't top the original Spyro the Dragon.
