I've seen various websites that have given images with the giant the name 'Tree Rex' so... I'm guessing that's gonna be his name.

His pedestal isn't large like Tree Rex, and if you hadn't noticed the Alchemist is still smaller than the enemies.

^ Look at the eyes on the Alchemist figure and then look at his eyes in the game screen shots, I think he's originally a smaller, trigger happy sized character and becomes a larger and more fears character when he ingests his potions. Some of his attacks probably require him to be in his "beast" form such as the pictured roaring attack. He might have other potions that give him other various effects.

^ The voice/scream attack is actually a good guess because it almost looks like there's a megaphone type thing attached to the end of the "gun" where his mouth is open. There's a tube on top of the gun that looks like it's wrapped around the gun and attached to that megaphone. This's just a guess.

The Person with the Alchemist video also has one of the bird. At the end of the video it has a closeup of the the bird, and you can see a fan inside of it. He has an air gust attack and some sort of spin attack.

(can't post the video as I'm on my iPhone right now, but should be easily found through the video previously posted)
