A: This was a direct mailing from Activision ... it is the same character figure with a web code card, packed in the white box and sealed.

... so he "broke" one and it was replaced and now he is selling it. i doubt activision will care at all

crazy that activision don't at least ask for proof of purchase for all figures not just the legendaries. but, given that each figure probably costs activision less than $1 it probably isn't worth the added administrative hassle.

It includes all chars and expansions, even the currently un-released ones. It also includes all variants: silver, gold, translucent.

I am not out to profiteer so cost is a measly $100. Shipping is not much as it is surprisingly light?

I was browsing through eBay just for the heck of it and saw this listing. I immediately thought of it as a scam, but I could be totally wrong.

I had my original spyro replaced, it came in the same kind of box, only it obviously said spyro on it not whirlwind.

That is how they send the replacements they have only put the box on the portal lvled them up got the coins if activision sent it in a packaging like storebought then the guy's pic would be like a store bought one
