Lost spyro [CLOSED]

It happened long ago one of my three given skylanders: Spyro got locked and I was unable to play with him. It happened after I rented my first free skylanders: vodood (I think) Later I rented it... but yeah now I have only two playable skylanders (zap and boomer) with unlimited time...

Ok now I'm trying something, I called it: Operation it's suck to be magic. I play with my three magic skylanders(spyro,Voodood and wrecking ball) until their rent time is finished. But when I'm done something wrong happen. Normally they got locked until you pay again but in my case, I can replay them for 4 minute or 1... I think my magic theme is cursed

Great now all my magic character are locked for good...
