Gual Fell Off the edge... [CLOSED]

yes... i was fighting him and he fell off the edge and hes shooting magic balls at me and i cant hurt him or ill die.. hes almost dead do i hav to start the match again? lol

he fell off on round one, the one where hes jumping around with swords, he jumped and landed at the edge because I was destroying the energy siphons and then just sliped off the edge and I could just hear him laughing at me.

If u r at level 3 were gaul says finish me and then he calls spyro a weakling do fury attack i've finished this game 22 almost 23 times

Yes, you have to restart. It is obviously a small bug in the game and I advise to you not to venture as close to the ledges next time, especially if it is Gaul's final jump (he usually stops after 5 or 6 jumps).

Man, first someone reports Cynder falling off in the first Legend Of Spyro game, and now this? Man, it just makes you wonder if the Dark Master will do this at all sometime later in the next (and last) Legend Of Spyro game.

Yeah, that would be hilarious! Here's a scene that I made up off of the top of my head representing this idea.

Gaul: You're going down, dragon. (Uses Tornado Attack)

Dark Spyro: *Starts Charging Away From Him Along The Edge Of The Area* Oh...no...you...won't. You're...going...down!

Gaul: We'll see about that. *Continues Tornado Attack Until He Encounters The Edge* Whoa! What the? A drop? This isn't supposed to happen! I got to try and stop this crazy vortex thing! *Tries To Stop It, But Falls Over The Edge While Doing This Tornado-Like Vortex*

Dark Spyro: *Turns Around* Hey, where'd he go? *Groans* Oh man, did Gaul commit suicide or something?
(Thinks As He Flies Out Of This Area: Man, Gaul can be really unpredictable sometimes.)

Gaul: Um, hello? Anyone there? It's really dark down here! Can someone help me out? Hello?

*Voice Echos Against The Surrounding Area As He Shouts This Up Above*

Yeah, something similiar happened to me in ANB, in the first Cynder battle in Concurrent Skies. I jumped off the edge (what? I'm suicidal in games okay!) and she fell off too, so I won by default! smilie It's never happened to me with Gaul though.

Most likely on the PS2 version and MAYBE Glitch-Box 360... EL will hopefully put a conscious effort into the removal of glitches from Next-Gen consoles (more specifically PS3 and Wii), similar to how Krome put more of an effort into bug testing the Wii version of TEN. <.<;
