You're probably not going to get banned; Dark is too slow. He bans some people months overdue.
Besides, it's not against the rules unless both accounts are active or one is used for trolling.
Some people actually completely get away with it, even.

Usually; I don't think you'll get into trouble for having two accounts. Unless you're pretending one of the accounts isn't you and then you're being rude/trolling on it.
