I have downloaded the software (to install the portal) but it won't work! It was working for five seconds, but then it said, PLEASE CONNECT YOUR PORTAL. In actual caps!!! HELP!

I have this problem, as do many others. Sadly there isn't much of a workaround yet, Acti still haven't sorted the problem out D:

Yeah it seems this is a VERY common problem (I have it as well) and the problem is cross platform too (I own a Wii). So far it doesn't seem to cause much of an inconvenience but it would be nice to switch characters without going to the Lair (this game doesnt really force you to switch charas that often anyway, unless you switch whenever you find a plant).

If you use their code, willit still save to the figure?
