Going to unread posts immediately [CLOSED]

So, slight question:

I know we have the ability to "mark all posts as read." However, I was wondering if there is a function on the board that allows you to go to the first unread post in a topic when you click on its title? It's always really annoying to have to click on the last page and then scroll all the way down to the bottom to read new posts. If we don't have that, is there a way to implement it?
