well as i know dragons are really big but spyro doesn't se to be that big?

He looks Wolf-Sized to me.

This has been asked before and my assumption has not changed, approx. 2 - 2'6 (2 1/2) ft or about 60-75 cm. My imperial is not as good as my metric.

3. In the original games, Spyro is about the same size as the fodder sheep, so I think he would be the same size as real sheep.

Well Spyro is a young dragon, that's why he's smaller.

There's no way to know how big he is because we don't have anything from our world to compare him with. If Gaul is the size of a tall man, then Spyro is about the size of a German shepherd puppy.

what about sparx the dragonfly, compare spyro to him, sparx is the same size as any dragonfly

I reckon the new Spyro's the size of a cat...he's a hatchling, or kid or whatever. With the old, I agree with Spyrodude25.

If Sparx is the same size as a real dragonfly, then Spyro would indeed be the size of a medium-sized breed puppy and the other dragons are about the size of a tall human being (I've held a real dragonfly in my hand; they're big as far as bugs go, but not extremely large).

i saw a blue one and dragonfly are called fighters of the skys in the bug world

I changed my mind: you can't define Spyro size, because:
gems: in this Spyro is as big as human hand
fodder: in game fodder frogs is cca same size as fodder sheep, there is no way to define Spyro size
characters: Elora: we don't know what size is Elora..../ Bears: Moneybags is too big and ..so... Nancy is too small...../ Hunter+Bianca: cheetah is same size as rabbit?..../....

by my calculations he is 4ft 6
if you compare the old games with the new ones you can tell that spyro is actually larger then a sheep
but when he meets the cheeta dude he is half his size
the cheeta dude is the size of a full grown man
witch means compared to Ignightas witch I think is 12ft 4 he is half his size or 6ft 3
if you do the math it equals to 4.6 if you apply the distributave property and than do a little hight analises it is 4 ft 6in
or you can take the dot out of 4.6
