Cant get back into Skylanders Universe Online... [CLOSED]

Ive been on got the island to level 3 but last week I stopped been able to get in.

When you have logged in, then press play now it loads for ages and then says cant connect to servers... smilie
I contacted Activition but they said because its a beta there likly to be problems and to try a different web browser.

I have tried a different web browser but no luck......Any ideas?

I've been having the same problem, my island was also level 3 and trying a different browsers doesn't work for me either. Seems the only thing to do is just hold on and wait to see if it fixes itself...Or for more drastic measures, wait until it's out of Beta...

Yeah thats what I thought after they contacted me.
Just wait for it to sort itself out.
I have loads of characters to add too...

I wonder when its going to be out of Beta?

Hmm strange, I've been able to get in. If i let the window idle too long I get kicked out.

If clearing cache/cookies and trying different browser doesn't help the I don't know. Sorry. smilie

What is the very last thing you did, do you remember? And do you remember when was the last time you were able to connect?

Its was 2 weeks ago but I cant remember the exact day.
But other than go onto the internet I hav'nt done anything with my computer untill after I could not get on (download different internet browser).
The last thing I did on the game was upgrade my island to a level 3.

Did you try to log in from a different computer? Just to be sure that the problem is really from the account and not the computer
