A Strange Glitch... [CLOSED]

Okay guys my disk is in MINT condition so i dunno HOW THIS HAPPENED, BUT IT HAPPENED. Okay so my T.V. needs a new bulb, so its VERY dark. I began to play a heros tail, and go to sunken ruins (its something ruins if thats not it...) and i went by the mermaid, finished talking with her, and dived under. It was dark so i was like "Dangit." so i was swimming everywhere randomly, when i hit a wall- BUT IT DIDNT STOP THERE! I went THROUGH the wall! I panicked but saw the wall i had gone trough, and tried to float back, but when i did, SPYROS HEAD WAS ON THE OTHER SIDE! I got his head cuz i turned around and it corrected itself. Anyone know why that happened!?
