The Legend of Snake:The Nine Keys

Characters:Snake the Dragon,Scarlett the Dragon.

Chapter 1:
The Quest is On!

I was sound asleep when I heard a very loud voice.
"Snake,it's morning!" I wonder who that could be? I thought.
"Uhh..Hi,Scarlett! Um,how'd you get in my house?" I said standing up and stretching.
"It's a hut made of sticks. It's not hard to get in."
"Oh,yeah,I suppose...""Come on! I wanna show you something!"
"Uh,ok?"

After a few minutes of plowing through the woods she finally said:
"Ta-da!" "........A pile of leaves..."I thought she was crazy or something.
"Not just any pile of leaves...(Moves leaves out of way)..See?!"
"Whoa...You made this hideout?" "Yep." "This is awesome!" I exclaimed.
(blushes) "Oh,you think so?" "You have everything in here! Food,water,armor,weapons,medici--"Right then I was interrupted by a large noise that sounded like fireworks on July 4th

*BOOOOOOOM*

"What was that?" "I don't know,Scarlett,but we better go see."
(Runs out of shelter)"Look,Snake! There's smoke coming from the village!"
"Come on,Scarlett,let's go check it out!"

Chapter 2
They capture my best friend.

New characters introduced:Razor the Dragon,Sky the Hawk.

The whole village is on fire,I thought.
"Who's doing this?" "I'm guessing he is,Scarlett."
"Hahahaha! I am Razor the Dragon,your worst nightmare!"
"Nope,clowns are still pretty scary."I said sarcastically.
"Silence! I wouldn't be a smart*** when I have a captive that is very close to you."
What? Who could he have?
"Who is it?! Who do you have?!"Scarlett demanded.
"Hahaha,see for yourself."
"It's Sky!" I yelled.
"We have to get him ou--" "Look out,Snake!"
"Huh--" ***POW!!!*** I've just been slammed in the gut with a titanium fist.

Suggestion, describe the environment more and say who's talking. At least do this:

Snake was sound asleep, Scarlett was standing near him watching him "Snake, wake up! It's morning." She blurted out.
Snake awoke startled, he then saw Scarlett "Uh, hi Scarlett... How did you get into my house?" He asked, standing up.
"Dude, it's a hut made of sticks. It's not that hard to get in." Scarlett said and gave him a smile.

Chapter 3
I discover a hidden talent

New characters introduced:None

There's no way. There's no way I could've lived through that.
But I did. Somehow...
"Snake! Snake! Are you ok?"I barely heard that.
My vision was blurry.I couldn't tell if that was Scarlett.
"Huh........Oh...yeah........I guess you could say that..."I said getting up off the cold,hard ground.
"Sorry. Stupid question." Oh no..."
"What?"I asked.
"Your right horn is broke."
"What?" I felt of my head. "Aw **** it is broke."
"Oh,get the h*** on with it!"Said Razor.
Then I saw a fist hurtling toward me again.
"Snake!"Was the last thing I heard from Scarlett.
Time seemed to slow around me.Adrenaline pumped.Instincts kicked in.
And I did something that surprised everyone,even my self.
My center pearl-white horn started to glow.
I breathed ice. The machine Razor was in completely froze.
It fell over and broke into what seemed like a millon pieces.

Chapter 4
I microwave my best friend

New characters introduced:None.

"You're going to pay for this!!!"Exclaimed Razor as he flew away.
"Shut up fatty!"I yelled as I threw a rock at him.
"Ow!" "Hahahaha!"
"Snake,"said Scarlett in surprise"How did you do that?! Teach me how! Teach me how!"
"Um...uh...you just...well........blow..."I said."Wait...Scarlett...Where's Sky?"
"I don't know."
"You don't think he's..."I looked over to the broken parts of the machine.
We ran over to the pile of machine parts and started digging through.Sure enough,we found him,right at the bottom of the pile...frozen.
"How do we...you know,get him out?"Asked Scarlett.
She turned to see that my horn was glowing again.
"Um,...are you ok?"
***WHOOSH!***
And there it came.Fire.From the mouth.
"Man I have some SERIOUS heartburn."I joked.
"Brrrrrrrr...I'm freezing...what happened?"Asked Sky.
Scarlett looked at me."Yes,what did happen Snake?"
"I don't know.It's all just a brrrr.""Haha get it? Brrr...blurr?"
"Haha."Laughed Sky.
"Come on,"Said Scarlett,"We gotta get back to the hideout.'

I'm offered a quest

New characters introduced:Red the Cat.

We were back at the hideout and Sky was telling us about what happened.
"Ok,so I was just flying back to my nest,when he just came out of nowhere and grabbed me."
"And he said,If your friend is a real friend he will come save you,which will be a trap!Hahahahaha!"
"So anyway,he flew over the village,and dropped a bomb!"
"And he told the villagers,IF ANYONE TELLS THE CHOSEN DRAGON ABOUT THIS YOU WILL ALL DIE!"
The chosen dragon,I thought,could that be me?
"What else did he say about this chosen dragon anyway?"Scarlett asked.
"He said he was dark blue,with a pearl-colored horn in the middle of his head"
Me and Scarlett looked at each other in surprise.
"Sky",I said,"Are you stupid or something?"
"What?"He asked.
"Its me!"
"What's you?"
"The chosen dragon! That's me!"
"So,your the chosen dragon."A mysterious voice said.
"What? Who's there? And why am I the chosen dragon?"
A red figure dropped from the ceiling.
"I was sent here by my father to offer someone a quest."
"Who's your father?
"My fathers the elder."
"What's the quest even about?"
"You have to gather the Nine Keys."
"The Nine Keys?"I asked.
"Listen,will you take the quest or not?" She asked impatiently.
"Do I have to?"
"Just answer my question,I gotta get home and tell my father!"
"Um, give me some time to think about it."
"Awwww...Fine!"

Chapter 6
Scarlett gets a shocking surprise.

New characters introduced:None.

So after thinking about the quest I was offered two days ago,I
decided to ask my wing man.I went over to Sky's tree and flew up to his nest.
He was making something out of straw and looks like...granite.And gold.
Wow.Wonder where he got gold?
He didn't notice I was behind him and he mumbled some thing to himself like,"Snake will love this."
I felt like I was intruding so I wnt back to the bottom and came
around to his side and surprised him.
"Whoa!...Uh...Snake what are you doing here?"He said surprised.
"I need a favor."
He stuck the......whatever he was making under a pile of leaves.
"Wow.Would it kill you to say please?"
"Sorry.Please do me a favor."
"Ok.I will.Since you asked nicely."
"So I want your opinion."
"On what?"
"On the quest.Should I take it?"
"Well the world kind of needs it.So..um......."
I could tell his mind was scrambled right about now.
I felt the same way.
"Yes."He managed.
"Ok.I trust your decision.Let's go get Scarlett and go to the village."
"Alright."

We were on our way to the hideout when Sky said,"No."
"No what?"I asked him.
He looked sick to his stomach.
"I'm scared.I don't wanna go."
That really surprised me.I figured he was just itching to go
on an adventure with me and Scarlett.As long as i've known the guy hes always wanted
to,go on adventures of some sort.
"You don't have to if you don't want to."
"I want to.But i'm afraid of what will happen.I don't want that to happen to you."
"What do you mean?"
"Well--"
Before he could finish we heard something rattling in the bushes.
"What's that?"He asked,looking scared.
"I'm not sure..."
Soon,I found my center pearl horn glowing again,and
unleashed a lighning bolt straight for the bushes.
"Ahhhhhhh!!!"
Me and Sky exchanged looks.He could'nt believe what he just saw,but me,
I was used to it.I ran over to the bushes and saw Scarlett,lying there.
Unconsious.

We meet the Elder.

New characters introduced:Blue the Tiger(The Elder.)

So,it was about midnight,and me and Sky were carrying Scarlett to the Elder's
place,because the guy works miracles.I mean literally works miracles.
He has this magic powder that can cure anything.Not kidding.
So,we are about halfway there,and Sky drops her.
"Oops."He said half-heartedly.
I tried not to laugh."Uhhh...it's fine."So we're about twenty feet away from the Elder's little
sea-side cottage,and i thought,"Huh,how did that lightning bolt I released knock Scarlett
out-cold?"
"Because your the chosen dragon remember?"Sky said as if he was reading my mind.
"So?"
"Well the chosen dragon has the power of five regular dragons."
"Wait,so,she might be dead?"
"Possibly." Oh,god.I might've killed my best friend.
"I-I thought I was your best friend,"Sky said as if he was about to cry.
"Wait,how'd you know I thought that?"
"What do you mean,you said it."
"No,I didn't.I didn't say that."Did he read my mind?
Oh,probably not.I'm going crazy,I thought to my self.
I noticed we were here."We're here!"Sky said excitedly.
We walked in and we nearly fainted down on the floor.Like Scarlett.
And I bumped into the Elder and he said,"Um...hi."
