How about you can get banned from a certain section of the Spyro site, so that you can't be mean to someone.

Example:

RandomGuy can't go to the Stuff and Nonsense area because he's been banned from it.

It could help to keep flame wars and stuff from happening without actually banning anyone.

This can also work for suspending.
