But I mean like as a discussion of what rps are good, opinions on them, etc. Stuff and nonsense is getting a bit clogged with rp topics

I think Phantom means like RP sections. For e.g: Spyro RP's, Crash RP's, Dragon RP's etc.

It would really just waste Forum Space - we hardly need a whole Section to Discuss them. I'd guess that if you wanted to propose an Idea for a RP it's best to put the topic in the RP section.
