The recent gamescom in Germany brought with it a whole new selection of images, videos and biographies for many of the characters of Skylanders: Spyro's Adventure.

In the Skylanders gallery you can find ten new console screenshots, four new 3DS screenshots and fifteen new short videos including ones focusing on some of lesser seen characters such as Dark Spyro and Sonic Boom.

You can also read the short back-stories to many of the Skylanders in their Guidebook profiles.

Yeah, but she has to teach her hatchlings how to become Skylanders each time they magically went back into their egg shells and hatch again due to the curse...

I don't think that's quite the case. Her bio implies that the hatchlings are aware of this, too, and they've been using their few seconds of life each time to train and master their attack skills.

Yes, the baby griffons are Sonic Boom's hatchlings.

A lot of game sites are now posting the vids, and say that they were released by Activision for PAX 2011.
