In your profile you should be able to select Female,Male or None Specifed(for if you don't want to say)

If you select Female you get something like a pink cirle or dot or something.

If you select Male the dot or shape is Blue

If you select None Specified it is something like white or silver

xD I agree; can't be difficult. The only thing I think would be difficult would be the object to represent the gender, but I think using a resize or sprite of the Dragon Generator dragons would work.
