Chapter 1: An Unexpected Event

Sapphire flopped down on the couch, turning on the television. The news was on, and just as she was about to change the channel it shut off. "What happened?" she asked herself. "Hey, Penelope! If this is one of your jokes then you're in big trouble, you brat!" she shouted to the room above her.

"I don't know what your talking about!" a voice shouted back. Hmm.. she thought. Sapphire got up again, and shook her hair for a minute. She was a pretty girl, and she had long brown hair that had a headband with it. Her eyes were a soothing aqua, and it matched her top. She was wearing a blue singlet over a green one and she was wearing black leggings. As she opened the front door, her silver bangles jangled softly.

Sapphire walked outside, closing the door after her. She decided that she was going to have a little stroll to the nearby national park.

~20 minutes later~

"Oww!" Sapphire exclaimed, as the end of a tree branch whipped her face. "Stupid tree," she mumbled. She continued going along, her hands in her pockets, as she heard someone moan in pain nearby, as if they were taking a needle. Sapphire quickened her pace, until she nearly fell into a ginormous crater in front of her. There was a young girl in there, and she was sobbing. Sapphire looked around for a minute. All around that area was scientists and police, focussing their attention on the girl. "Emoh og ot tnaw I!" exclaimed the girl, through her tears. Then Sapphire noticed something. The girl had wings.

What do you guys think? I kinda got the idea from a dream I once had.

It seems pretty good so far.

Is it? I've only read like two other fanfics soo..
Also, the girl with wings isn't actually an angel, I just couldn't think of a name.

Chapter 2: The Rescue

The young girl had pale skin, and blonde shoulder length hair. Her eyes were crystal blue and she was wearing a white dress, which went past her knees. Her feet were barefoot, but surprisingly they were clean. She lifted her face, and saw Sapphire. A quivering voice entered Sapphire's head, Please, help me!

The girl cried out in pain as one of the scientists stuck a needle in her arm, taking a blood sample. Sapphire ground her teeth. What could she do to help this girl? Then she got an idea. "Hey, police!" she shouted to one of the younger men. "There was an explosion! Follow me!" the man sighed, then followed. As soon as they were out of that area, Sapphire kicked out her leg, knocking the man over. "Watch it!" he shouted. Sapphire got her fingers into position and pinched a spot on his neck, suddenly knocking him out. "I didn't learn Karate for nothing." she said to herself, then started to take off his uniform. Underneath he was wearing a brown tracksuit.

Sapphire put the uniform over her clothes, and buttoned up the jacket. She made the hat cover her hair, and headed back towards the girl. She knelt next to the girl, and looked her in the eye. Suddenly, one of the scientists asked: "What are you doing?"
"Getting information from her." she replied, trying to sound as much like a man as possible. She whispered in the girl's ear, "I'm gonna get you out of here."

The girl looked at her, then looked down again. If you're going to help me, help me now. Came the voice again.
