I was looking up at the images in the top right corner when I stumbled across this interesting picture of a dragon. He/she looks like they might be from DotD, but I've never seen them in it.

That's a Dragon Soldier we see in DotD in Warfang if you look around. When you're up defending the ramparts, one Dragon Soldier rammed a Wyvern against the wall of the ramparts, and a few others are seen flying in the area where you find an Armor chest in the City when you're about to attack the Golem directly. A few others were seen when Spyro and Cynder opened the way to the Ruins of Warfang, and a few of them were briefly seen when Ignitus ordered the army to give Spyro and Cynder time to flood the canyon to stop the Destroyer and when they were about to attack it.
