Destroying The Statue
"Alright Cynder, let's get going," Spyro said to Cynder. "There's a statue in need of destroying." Spyro picked up his dagger and put in his belt. Cynder shut her helmet. "Why didn't we bother destroying the statue years ago?" questioned Cynder. "The dead soul of Malefor might come out of the statue." Without responding, Spyro began flying back to the temple. "Oh well," sighed Cynder. "Gotta answer all your questions yourself."
During flight, Cynder asked Spyro, "Spyro, we're supposed to be destroying statue of Malefor, but do you even know how to do it? And why?" Spyro began to think about this. He wasn't thinking very fast, because by the time he had gotten to the temple, he hadn't even come to a conclusion on what to do. "We're here!" shouted Cynder.
"Looks like we're at the temple," said Spyro. "Now, where's that statue again?"
"WHAT?!?" fumed Cynder. "You drag me away from a battle, just so we can attempt to destroy a statue that we don't know how to destroy, can't find, and don't have a purpose to destroy it!?!? AND WHERE'S SPARX!?!?!?" Spyro responded, "Sparx was hanging out with Hunter- WAIT- Hunter might know where the statue is!" Spyro ran into the temple garden, Cynder following close behind, to where Hunter was. "Hunter!" shouted Spyro. "Where is the statue of Malefor?"
"The statue is in the temple," answered Hunter. "I thought you remembered that. Oh, and Sparx is asleep." Spyro replied with a question, "Do know how to destroy the statue?" "I don't know. Meadow might know, but no one has seen him for weeks." Spyro and Cynder entered the ancient temple to see the statue. They continued attacking the statue, but nothing worked. Spyro and Cynder headed to Avalar in search of Meadow. Meadow was in the dark forest, near the cliff. Spyro asked, "Meadow, how do you destroy the statue of Malefor in the Dragontemple?" Meadow responded, "To destroy the statue of Malefor, you need to use Convexity Breath. That should do the trick. Although, I advise you don't. Are there any crystals nearby it?"
"Yes," answered Spyro. "Right at the entrance."
"Oh my," responded Meadow. "This isn't good at all." Spyro and Cynder flew back to the statue. Using a large charge of Convexity Breath, they tore a small crack into it. Suddenly, cracks grew all over the statue and began to fall apart. The cracks filled with bright purple light. Suddenly......................................................................

Explanation: The statue of Malefor from The Eternal Night was in the Dragontemple, right? So when the Eternal Night came, Malefor emerged from the statue. Meanwhile, Spyro was defeating Gaul, causing Spyro's inner beast to come forth (Dark Spyro). Then after defeating Gaul's army, Spyro reverted to normal. The Well of Souls and everything around it fell apart seconds afterward, so Spyro had to freeze himself and his friends into an ice cube to survive. 3 years later, they were freed from the crystal, and by this time, Malefor had already returned, and was threatening to awaken the Destroyer. Spyro and Cynder had destroyed the Destroyer and set out to destroy Malefor. Eventually, they destroyed Malefor and prevented the end of the world. However, with all this time away from the Dragontemple, they had forgotton all about it. So, one day Spyro remembered the statue and got help from Cynder to destroy it.
