Yes I have noticed it before and I highly doubt it will effect the game. They probley just wanted to do it of Spyro and Cynder.

Na I don't think they will kill him off. He has been in all of Spyro's games and I think he is just as important as Spyro and Cynder.

ma bey there gonna add sparks in the picture soon. but they would have added him in when they made it. ma bey he goes back to the swamp! so he wont be such a jerk to spyro and cynder.

Yeah, and considering the size of Spyro and Cynder in that picture, he'd probably be just a golden circle. why bother drawing that? The main focus is the two dragons in that particular scene.
