The worst orb challenge in my opinion is the one were you have to escort the alchemist to hunter in fracture hills and the stupid Agent Zero challenge!! Those two are tedious!!!!!

I like the escorting the Alchemist in Fracture Hills, I find it very fun and challenging to beat, it takes me between four to five tries to get it right. I cannot remember the Agent Zero one though.

I agree that Agent Zero is the hardest. I also don't like the flag keeper challenge in Scorch.

You have to follow him to his secret hideout in cloud temples. You gotta hid behind tree without getting spotted.

Oh god I hated that challenge so much. The sound of the Crystal Popcorn about to pop up has been burned in my mind ever since I first got the game. Ridiculously hard.

Worse, this type of challenge is also in Banjo-Kazooie, and you have to do it THREE TIMES just for ONE collectable item. Even worse though, you actually LOSE health each time you lose the challenge! Argh!

Thank goodness no game developers have put that type of challenge in games since then.

That stupid alchemist. Make up your damn mind where you want to go!

Exactly and he HAS to choose the WORST path possible!!!

It's so worth it to get 100% in this game just so you can play the Alchemist mission after you've used the infinite super flame to destroy all of the Earthshapers in advance.

hmmm i am still working on getting all the orbs but it doesn't help that they make it So hard!

It's hard to get them all the first time, but it's totally worth doing it. And don't forget about the Sparx gem-finding trick. Check out SpyroHints' Ripto's Rage section; they really helped me the first time I did this.

Alchemist is the worst! (I hatehatehate escort quests in general)

I can't think of any other orbs that were that frustrating.

Agent Zero was my favorite, Escort the Alchemist was fun too. I, unlike others, am a game geek and can leave a videogame in flames from beating it so fast.

Out of all these people that have listed challenges they hate, I actually like, and find so fun and entertaining.

Alchemist mission and popcorn ice crystals. Makes me want to eat the pussycat!

I like the flag catching one, it gets my adrenaline going, I like games that do that. THAT THAT THAT THAT.

That sounds like it should be PUN for the original Spyro games, I can imagine hearing that in an advertisement, that would be funny.

From what I hear, the Alchemist's blind. Makes you even more irritable.

I remember the first time I tried to finish this game, the last orb I needed was from the Agent Zero challenge. It took me forever to get it. He goes too fast for me, so he always ends up closing the door before I get to the hideout.

I think the Alchemist just had a lot of alcohol to drink, and that's why he is the way he is.

Listen to Agent Zero! It sounds like he pounded down a few kegs in his time...

I used to watch my Dad play Tomb Raider and that game used to scare the hell out of me, but I loved every minute of it.

Even now I still like watching people play games. But yeah, it's funny how things scare you or were too difficult when you were younger, but is the complete opposite now.

I don't play games that often now really. It's a long story but it's kind of boring playing on your own.

I'm very much into gaming. I don't mind playing on my own, but I do enjoy online multiplayer. It can be hilarious at times.

I'm more into music now, I never play online for the simple fact that I can't be bothered to.

I absolutely hated Agent Zero. Even though there were harder challenges, there were none that I found less enjoyable.

No, Agent Zero is an NPC in Spyro 2. There's a challenge where you have to follow him into his hideout without him seeing you and before he closes the doors. It's very hard.

That challenge took me a while but it was okay.

When Agent Zero is running up the steps in the tower, I make sure Spyro is right behind him, and it makes me laugh each time.
