I've told them constantly to stop their mayhem and misery they are putting on me, and they didn't stop. They keep trying to become my friend, when I've refused to do so because of her past actions. They're giving me so much stress right now!!!! They just won't take "No" for an answer. The person???? "BruceWayne80s".

It has NOTHING to do with this site. This would not hold up in court. Go fight it out wit h a school counselor, that'd be the mature way to handle it. Not asking for help/pestering someone twice your age (at least) and whos from england who you dont know. [that is unless he makes it his decision to "sort it out"] but it seems like school-ground mischief and no direct harm has come of it

in my opinion, shes done nothing wrong on here. she can be annoying but that email does not concern dark or any other member. unless there is DIRECT physical/emotional abuse.

Well, she has broken several rules on this site. Wouldn't that stand up in Court???? Besides, I'm just trying to show you guys the kind of adittude "BruceWayne80s" shows to me, along with others. If she's done it before, she's going to do it again.

Rule number 2 of Evidence Law: Evidence presented must be related to the trail on hand. This evidence deals with an out-of-forum even, and therefore is not an actual sign of harassment on this forum. This evidence cannot hold up.

However, I do agree that this person is getting out of hand with spamming and should be suspended at the least.

Yeah. It does. And, on the other note, I did put up with her swearing. I've been putting up with it ever since she started this bad phase. (Which, if you don't know how long that is, is approximately 6-7 months.) I've also forgiven her so many times for other actions (besides swearing) that she's done to me. (Like physically hitting me.) I just couldn't take all of the crud she was showing. So it's not just the swearing. I could handle that. It's just her adittude and the abuse she was giving me that sent me over the edge.

tell your head of year or group tutor or something that shes bothering you. they can give better help than anyone on here.

And as far as I'm concerned, those Fodder accounts' comments did in fact have your tone, voice-style, and link them directly to you. So, as far as I know from the facts, you are breaking the rules and should be suspended or banned.

To "BASALT": I have discussed this problem with an adult-like person. I was sent to the head-of-security himself to discuss this problem. He said that I should try and limit myself talking to "BruceWayne80s". That all connections with her needed to be shut down. I was doing well so far not talking to her for 6 days, but the day she got back on this site today just made my blood boil.

So spyroGamer2008 why dont you close this site, so that there will be less mean jokes? okay?
